Above award wages and salary packaging

  • We offer above award wages and salary packaging – spending before tax - via AccessPay
  • Workplace giving – If you choose, you can give some of your pre-tax income to Li-Ve Tas and 100% of the money goes directly to providing people we support with special extras, with no fees or charges.

Flexible hours and generous leave entitlements

  • 5 weeks annual leave and 12 personal days

Career Development

We make sure our staff have opportunities to grow and develop at work. Some of the ways we do this are:

  • By taking a journey together – Li-Ve Tasmania staff follow a two-year Road Map training program matched to to the NDIS capability framework. This helps identify your professional development needs.
  • Through a qualifications program – Li-Ve Tasmania works with Avidity to give staff opportunities to complete a Certificate III or IV in Disability.
  • Business studies, traineeships, and more.

Support

  • We provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for staff and their immediate family members.
  • This includes free confidential counselling sessions and support for staff and family members.
