Career Development

We make sure our staff have opportunities to grow and develop at work. Some of the ways we do this are:

  • By taking a journey together – Li-Ve Tasmania staff follow a two-year Road Map training program matched to to the NDIS capability framework. This helps identify your professional development needs.
  • Through a qualifications program – Li-Ve Tasmania works with Avidity to give staff opportunities to complete a Certificate III or IV in Disability.
  • Business studies, traineeships, and more.


  • We provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for staff and their immediate family members.
  • This includes free confidential counselling sessions and support for staff and family members.
