About you
You will have strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Well organised with the ability to manage multiple task, you will have a high attention to detail and are comfortable using CRM software and other Microsoft Office products.


What you need

  • Excellent communication and networking skills across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS System, or an interest in this sector.
  • Ability in supporting, enabling and empowering individuals living with disabilities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on producing quality documentation.
  • A current full drivers licence and Working with Vulnerable People card.


If you're successful, you will need a satisfactory pre-employment health assessment, national police check and to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module - Quality Safety and You.

What you'll do
This permanent full time position will see you working closely with the Engagement Team in:

  • Identifying business development opportunities and engage with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation and acceptance of service contracts.
  • Actively engaging and nurturing strong long-term relationships with community stakeholders and contributing to the growth of the Organisation.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Assisting with systems data entry, participant set up and administering and monitoring of service agreements for new participants.

Rostering Administrator (permanent - Thursday to Monday)

Your new role
Due to continued growth within the organisation, a requirement has been created for a Rostering Administrator to join a team of three, falling within the operations side of the business. This position is being offered on a permanent full time basis, with normal work hours of 9am to 5pm, with work days ranging between Thursday and Monday (this does include working Saturdays and Sundays).
As the Rostering Administrator, you will join a small team, directly responsible for rostering between 40 and 60 disability support participants. You will also be responsible for;

  • Rostering shifts to meet client demands for a six week period
  • Entering all approved leave for your client base
  • Scheduling and coordinating shift coverage for approved and unapproved annual leave.
  • Backfilling urgent shift cancellations


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate ;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to be adaptable and have highly developed problem solving skills.
  • High levels of competency in a range of computer systems with the ability to easily pick up new systems.
  • The capability to work both efficiently as a member of a team and individually.


Previous experience with Rostering Systems is desirable.

Given the hours of work are 9am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday, you will need to be able to work weekends. Please note that prior to commencement, you will need to obtain a National Police Check and Tasmanian Working with vulnerable People Check.
