The outstanding work of Li-Ve Tasmania's Tracey Percival-Ingram and her team has been recognised as part of the 2020 Tasmanian Palliative Care Awards.
Tracey, the Coordinator at Oakdale Lodge, was one of four finalists for the 2020 Outstanding Palliative Care Advocate award, recognising those who bring Palliative Care Tasmania's charter principles into practice.
Championing a palliative care approach to enable choice, Tracey and her team help those with life-limiting illness carry out their end-of-life wishes.
Tracey has worked for Li-Ve Tasmania for 17 years, and with her passionate team, has an enormous impact on the lives of Lodge residents and their families.
